EXPLAINED: Mark McGowan unveils Western Australia's roadmap

Premier Mark McGowan has unveiled Western Australia's transition plan out of the COVID-19 pandemic which will see the return of interstate and international travel once 90 per cent of the over 12 population is fully vaccinated against the virus.
