'Beyond comprehension that someone would risk their life in this way' - Kendal man Kain Hogg criticised

THE actions of a Kendal man have again been condemned after he videoed himself 'surfing' a moving train.
Kain Hogg recorded himself standing on the coupling between two carriages and climbing up to look over the top.
His actions, which were undertaken on a train in the Liverpool area, have been derided by the British Transport Police (BTP).
It is not the first time the 21-year-old has been criticised for 'train-surfing', with a similar stunt earlier this year being called 'remarkably stupid' by the BTP.
On the most recent incident, BTP Chief Inspector Dave Rams said: “Officers are aware of a video on social media showing a man ‘train-surfing’ on a train in Merseyside and are currently investigating.
