Facilitators Discuss Flexibility With The iLEAD Exploration Program Facilitators Laura Kazan, Lisa Rittenhouse, and Bethany Maddox joined SCVi’s Eye On The Valley with host Matt Watson and discussed the iLEAD Exploration Program and how they are assisting students into colleges across the country, the experience of working in iLEAD, and the benefits it’s giving students. Flexibility In Working iLEAD Laura Kazan has learned that the freedom she was given with iLEAD has allowed her to build something great for students she works with. Out of the box thinking was something she was able to benefit from without restrictions from a district, state, or government.
