Fall River Man Arrested in Connection With Double Homicide
FALL RIVER — Authorities have made an arrest in connection with the ongoing investigation into the double homicide that occurred in Fall River earlier this week.
Jeremy Holmes, 18, of Fall River was arrested Friday evening, Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III and Fall River Police Chief Jeffrey Cardoza announced.
Holmes was taken into custody without incident tonight around 8:15 p.m. at the Boston Marriott Hotel in Burlington. He was arrested by members of District Attorney Quinn's State Police Detective Unit, Fall River Police, the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and Burlington Police.
