Fallen Dover police officers honored with memorial plaque DOVER — In the history of the town, two officers died in the line of duty. On Wednesday the law enforcement community gathered to honor and remember them. A memorial plaque with the names of Officer Thomas Emery DeShazo, who died in 1930, and Arthur J. Ohlsen III, who died in 2003, was unveiled in front of the officers' families, local residents and elected officials. "It was important for us to have this," Deputy Chief Jonathan Delaney said. "We wanted to do something special for the families so we asked the town if they would mount the plaque."
