FRANKLIN — Traci Esmon gathered the crowd and managed to get them a little bit quieter Saturday morning. Speaking behind her orange and navy mask, Esmon reminded the crowd that standing out in the bitter cold and walking at Pinkerton Park was for Jamarcus Esmon, her nephew who was shot and killed in June. Police have yet to name a suspect in the case. Esmon said the walk was to bring attention to her nephew's case in the hopes it wouldn't be forgotten. She described her nephew as a man with a helpful hand who was full of love and fun.
