Family of woman killed in hit-skip crash begs for answers :

March 18 was a typical Thursday night for Kylie Hampton. The 24-year-old had left her home at a ministry house near the Ohio State University campus to pick up two friends on the East Side to go to Bible study.
The trio made their way to Maize Road near the intersection of Norris Drive, where Hampton parked around 8 p.m. and they got out. 
A passing vehicle, dark blue or black in color, suddenly hit Hampton's car, pushing it into her. The make and model of the vehicle haven't been determined.
Hampton suffered a severe skull fracture from the crash. The driver slowed down long enough to honk his horn and yell, "She was in my way," before driving off.
