FARGO, N.D. - After the release of a report from a task force seeking to make the Fargo-Moorhead flood diversion more palatable to skeptics on Thursday, Jan. 18, Fargo Mayor Tim Mahoney said he expects to see a new diversion plan in the next 30 days.
