A DOLPHIN, a seal as well as other sea life have been found dead after becoming trapped in a 'ghost net' off Maenporth Beach near Falmouth. A skeleton crew from volunteer conservation rescue group Fathoms Free was put together at short notice to go out and release the dead animals after being told that there was as a dead seal caught offshore. However when they arrived they found not only the dead seal but also a juvenile dolphin, a juvenile dogfish, a dozen mackerel and a couple of other fish species, all in various stages of decomposition caught up in the net. However they were able to save and release two lobsters, three edible crabs and five spider crabs.
