TechShout - Acknowledging the GPS issue that’s present within the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF20 tablet, the Taiwan-based manufacturer is now offering a refund or extended warranties for all faulty devices in the UK. In addition to this, the recently announced TF700 variant is expected to hit the country sometime after June, 2012. Currently being supplied to the UK, this particular tablet model doesn’t seem to have any known Wi-Fi issues. However, users facing problems with its GPS module can return the device back to the manufacturer. And based on the standard consumer rights applicable, a full refund is likely to be provided on all faulty purchases. Besides this, the company is offering users an extended warranty period of an additional 6 months for those who wish to keep the tablet.
