Which of will make us competitive again and Companies Wont be leaving our country. Finally our tax plan will return trillions of dollars of wealth to our shores so companies can invest in america again. At the same time were working to reduce wasteful government spending. We will hear from budget director mick mulvaney, who is working with my cabinet to find taxpayer savings in each and every department. The cabinet members that are with us today are working on getting reductions to their various departments we think we will save a lot of money, even lower than the budgets and the budgets were submitting. Well be working on health care, infrastructure and welfare reform. Well look very strongly at welfare reform. And that will all take place right after taxes. Very soon, very shortly after taxes. So well be submitting on health care, plans on infrastructure, and plans on welfare reform, which is desperately needed in our country soon after taxes. Today well also discuss the Opioid Epidemic that is ravaging so Many American families and communities. Last week i was proud to nominate alex azar to serve as the next secretary of health and human services. I urge the senate to swiftly confirm his nomination. I want to thank acting secretary eric hargan for serving with such devotion and doing such a great job in the meantime. Thank you very much, eric. Finally i want to wish the American People truly happy and blessed thanksgiving especially to our brave men and women serving in our military and our Border Patrol and i. C. E. Agents along the very dangerous southern bored he. As you heard we lost a Border Patrol officer just yesterday. Another one was brutally beaten and badly, badly hurt. Looks like he will make it. But very, very badly hurt. We talk about the wall. Were going to have the wall. Part of what were doing. We need it. That is rough territory. That is where the drugs are coming in. A lot of things are happening along the border, the southern border. Well straighten it out. Weve already reduced numbers. You see the numbers. Theyre back to 78 down from what they were and those numbers will get better and better. We have to stop the massive drug flow from boring in and my respect to the families that were so badly hurt yesterday because they were devastated. Those two families were devastated. I just want to wish everybody a very, very happy thanksgiving. Well be working very hard during the recess in florida. Were going to florida. And i want to thank you all for being here. Lets start our meeting. To the media, to the press, thank you very much. We appreciate it. Thanks irv one. Your thoughts on roy moore, mr. President . Do you believe his accusers. Do you believe roy moores accusers, mr. President . [shouting questions] thank you very much. Thanks. Neil welcome, everybody, im neil cavuto. Youre watching final comments from the cabinet room. The president designating, this was expected, though the timing a little bit different than what was expected, designating north korea as sponsor of state terror. The president says obviously hopes cooler heads will prevail in north korea but as a state sponsor of terror, that can not be changed and can not be mitigated. He says after the tax thing is done, apparently done to his liking in the United States senate, that cobbles together the house bill with the senate bill and something he presumably will sign before the year is out, he is optimistic. He is moving on to health care and infrastructure. Former Republican Arizona senator jon kyl joins us on the fastmoving developments. Senator, good to have you. Thanks, neil, good to be with you. Neil what do you think of making north korea a state sponsor of terror . That isnt jolting, but many were arguing that is the stick to the carrot of negotiations for, you know, deintensifying the situation. What do you think . The problem is president bush tried that. They were a, one of the countries designated as a state sponsor of terrorism. President bush took them off the list in an effort to provide a carrot for the North Koreans to be more cooperative in their denuclearization. It did not work, and i think President Trump has decided it is time to reimpose it now, get their attention. Perhaps next time they negotiate they will appreciate the fact that were not just going to give them carrots. There will be sticks involved in these negotiations too. Neil will this change north koreas posture though . If you are a state sponsor of terror, already the most alienated country on the planet what would change with this designation, senator . What theyre hoping to do is to recreate an opportunity where in are enough bad things happening to north korea, that they finally will woman to the table and negotiate from a legitimate position. And then we can talk about perhaps removing some of the sanctions. Perhaps, removing them from the list of terror sponsors states if in fact they change their behavior. As long as theyre doing what theyre doing, might as well call it what it is, it is terrorism. And not try to pretty it up just in an effort to bring them to the bargaining table. Neil what is your sense of these ongoing tax talks if we can switch gears right now . The president hopeful he can get a deal by the end of the year. What do you think . The status right now is that the Senate Finance committee is writing the Technical Details of the bill that they passed out of the finance committee this past week. So that it can be brought to the floor of the senate at the beginning of next week. And the hope is, that, within that week, the senate will approve the bill, and then the senate and house committees can reconcile the two bills. The bill that passed the house, the bill that might pass the senate. There are some differences between the bills, but it seems to me, that they are all reconcilable. That is to say, you can probably reach some kind of a common understanding. What you have to be wary is, changing too much because of the delicate balance that was struck in the house to get the approval there, and the balance that will have to exist in the senate since democrats will provide no vote whatsoever. It will all have to be done on republicans. They only have two votes to spare. Neil do you think the president compound that situation, the tenuous situation by going after senator jeff flake of your fine state, by, responding to the senators off my comments last week, that he all but wants to be a no vote on tax cuts, say he will be a no on tax cut, because his political career is toast. What did think of that. That doesnt help. To add the votes until you have 50 or 51, but not make people mad by calling them names. The fact of the matter is, jeff flake is very principled senator. His vote will be based on his idea of what is good for the country, not whether he has a dispute with President Trump. That is good thing, on balance this bill is helpful to the economy and to the American People. Neil do you think that senator flake would vote for this tax measure . I havent specifically asked him but he is a conservative republican who understands how the economy works and he can appreciate the improvements that the bill will make particularly for our corporations who are working very hard to compete with companies from other countries. It is hard, because our tax rate is so high. It is 35 , which is the highest among all of the industrialized nations. We need to get that down to the 20 range which both of these bills do. If we can, then our businesses can compete. This isnt some big giveaway to the corporations as the democrats like to demagogue. The beneficiaries of the tax cuts are the consumers of the businesses, the employees of the businesses, and the owners of the businesses and those owners represent a lot of Pension Funds and others who invest in these stocks so it is a benefit to the American People. I hope that theyre able to get that part of it done. Neil well watch closely. Senator, very good seeing you again. Thank you, neil. Neil maine senator Susan Collins is the latest republican senator voicing concerns over the bill, namely over that provision that would remove the individual mandate of health care, if for no other reason than it complicates the vote and sort of muddies the water as little bit here. She said it could end up a lot of people pay higher premiums t would be off set offing whatever tax cut advantage they would see as a result. U. S. News world report contributor, Ashley Pratte and washington examiners phillip wegma. There is a little wiggle room with these folks. If you win back ron johnson who is no vote on business matters, small versus larger businesses, what about is he risking with flake, or what about he could be risking or the senate could be risking with Susan Collins, what do you think . There is senator murkowski and couple others on the edge when it comes to the Health Care Mandate repeal when it is in there. What is interesting over the weekend we saw on some sunday talk shows people within the Trump Administration saying this would be something the president is willing to budge on. We saw reports from cnbc he would be willing to budge on this too. It wouldnt be a necessary component to get it the bill passed in the senate. We will see concessions from the white house especially on individual mandate repeal which could serve to maybe alleviate some of the tensions that are there right now at least on the health care piece. On the Business Front im not entirely sure but i do like collins idea not raising the Corporate Tax too much, but at 22 is not that terrible to make concession to democrats. We saw trump last week saying he wished the democrats were more involved in this. It would be a shame if they werent. I think this is a way we maybe bring some bipartisanship to this. I do hope something gets passed because this white house needs a legislative accomplishment, especially going into 2018 which is just around the corner. Neil you know, phillip, part of her wanting that, Susan Collins to look to consider 22 tax rate, 2 differential could be used to not rescinding the state and local tax provision and something would be beneficial to states with much higher taxes, for example, than her native maine. What do you think of that . And would that be a possible way to bridge the gap . I agree with ashley that the repeal of the individual mandate might be a bridge too far. Yes, yesterday we saw on the sunday shows the white house was willing to budge on that, but it is just a bad look for republicans after more than a decade of promising to do away with obamacare, now perhaps they might champion the salt taxes for some of these wealthier, blue states. I dont think that is how you deliver majority again in 2018. Neil you know, ashley, the issue for republicans here is trying to keep everyone happy. Do you think the president s comments, tweeting them, whether theyre deemed justified or not at jeff flake for off my comments he made last week . I always liken it to a bazooka gun response to a pea shooter comment but, could that make it very difficult not only for flake, who would probably not use this as an excuse to say he voted no. I have no idea where he would vote. Right. Neil but to tick off other senators who dont like the treatment . Im not sure anyone who works in politics is very happy right now to your first point, neil. I do think when the president tweets these things and picks fights with senator, this doesnt give much confidence to republicans let alone democrats who may be willing to work with the administration on some things. The grassroots seems pretty upset by this tax reform bill, doesnt go far enough. He is not appealing to the people who elected him. He is trying to work with those on the hill. When he picks fights with people like senator flake what countenance does that give to other senators to willing to negotiate with the white house getting what they want . Nothing. You see this occur again and again. It happened on health care. Him saying that he was going to primary these different senators when it comes to elections. Now people like jeff flake not running again for reelection. I think that is going to be a consistent theme. No one wants to go up against this white house and deal with the 100, not 140 characters, now 280 characters that he can use which is even worse. That doubles impact. Neil real quickly, that the president might have a death wish on this he maybe sees numbers might not add up . Whatever he is hearing were not, but he seems to wanting to jinx it himself . When you admit that the president is irrational in this debate you get a better handling what is actually handling. Were dealing with a margin of losing two senators and president is going after someone who was mr. Tax cut in the house. This just doesnt make sense. Especially when likely we said earlier, murkowski and collins waiting in the wings with their own problems . Senator ron johnson who wants a much bigger change in the way Small Businesses are handled. I dont think the white house is doing themselves any favor, especially when they need a win right now. Neil guys, thank you both, very, very much. Meanwhile, new allegations against al franken, not as before he came to washington, after he was in washington. Not before he was a United States senator, as he was a United States senator. After this. Retail. Under pressure like never before. And its connected technology thats moving companies forward fast. Ecommerce. Real time inventory. Virtual changing rooms. Thats why retailers rely on comcast business to deliver consistent Network Speed across multiple locations. Every corporate office, warehouse and store near or far covered. Leaving every competitor, threat and challenge outmaneuvered. Comcast business outmaneuver. If the gop tax plan is ultimately passed, could it be hightaxed states from raising taxes . To new york republican congressman john faso on that. I know you were a no on this. I was interested in chatting with you, in new jersey theyre kicking around one of the legislative leaders in that state, kicking around the idea of nixing the millionaires tax the Incoming Democratic administration was considering because of what, you know washington is doing on this, removing the destucks for state and local taxes. What do you think of that . Well, im not as familiar with the new jersey situation but i have read reports about that. Clearly if the state and local Tax Deduction goes away completely, the deduction for income taxes in particular, hightaxed states like new york and new jersey will have to reconsider their tax policies. My concern is that were putting this on people who have certain assumptions as to what their Tax Liability is going to be. Were doing it as of january 1st, 2018. That is precipitous deadline for them to meet, and it is going to upend a lost existing arrangements in certain states like new york. Thats my problem with it. Neil yeah, i mean it hardly seems like a reward to say, a state might not raise taxes that are already high because of removing a provision that allows you to write off those taxes largely because they were high, but having said that, what do you think of this movement, that it might have the desired effect. You were against this measure all together but that states that do have disproportional higher taxes than rest of the country would have to work mighty hard to justify that in the future . Yeah. I think inevitably what were seeing in new york state already, even before this bill could be enacted is wealthier people and retirees are fleeing new york state in droves. And that is because of our tax policy. Governor cuomo twice raised taxes on wealthy people in new york state and that has precipitated some of that exodus. People leave when they retire because of high real estate taxes. Im glad the bill has 10,000 deduction for property taxes but the changing 114 years of federal tax policy which says were not going to tax the, as income the amount you pay to your locality and your State Government in taxes. That is what is of concerning to me, because it is going to make many of my constituents and many new yorkers, Collateral Damage because they are in a hightaxed state. A lot of those people will say, hey, look, i will get out of here. That is what our fear is. We should change the tax policy in new york state, but expecting it to change as of january 1 is i think highly unlikely. Neil if it remains in there, are you a no vote . Well, i have to see the whole thing but certainly if it is the way it is when it first came to the house i would be a still a no vote and this comes from someone who campaigned on the need for Corporate Tax reform, individual tax reform. The tax code and its regulatory process is monstrosity. 70,000 pages. So im allin in terms of the need to reform this. But because were doing this through this narrow window of reconciliation where they only need 51 votes in the senate, it causes a lot of strange results, and unintended consequences. And one of those is really sticking it to people who happen to live in hightaxed states. I have had many people who said to me, look if this happens, i have to leave new york. What that means is, they will take their philanthropy, their businesses and jobs and taxes they produce and they are going to leave and that is going to accelerate the decline of our state. Upstate new york, that i represent is in a very precarious situation financially and economically, in large part because of policies of albany and what Governor Cuomo is doing to us, ignoring our needs, et cetera. Taking away this deduction, as of january 1 is not the way to fix this problem. Neil all right. Congressman, thank you very much. Thank you. Neil all right. Just when you thought this whole dustup over players kneeling or not kneeling for the National Anthem would die downs along comes a player where they were having a contest in mexico city who opted to neil kneel for our National Anthem but stood for mexicos. Guess who got involved . His name rhymes with trump. Actually it is President Trump, after this. Neil in mexico no less donald trump responding, saying that the nfl should suspend Marshawn Lynch for this anthem protest. You might recall that the Oakland Raiders player had decided to kneel during the National Anthem but stood when it was time for mexicos National Anthem. To former Detroit Lions linebacker, former u. S. Army official, caleb campbell. We have Reputation Management consultant chairman eric shiver. Welcome to both of you. Caleb, when you heard about this, what did you think . I was a little confused. Marshawn actually did not kneel, he was seated. What got me questioning whole situation they had a lot of Team Personnel stat in frond of marshawn to try to block him. When it comes down i was for the protests in beginning. I think they did a great job raising awareness. I talked about how it changed my life personally. If youre going to fight injustices or sit or kneel for injustices here in america, injustice no matter where youre at. While youre kneeling for injustices in america and kneel or sit for the injustices mexico clearly has in their own country. Neil eric that raises a good point, if you have a problem for the United States, youre compounding it when you stand for the National Anthem for the country youre visiting. What did you think . Well, Police Brutality, there is no question, i mean, justice system, there is no jury. So youre talking about a justice system, Police Brutality on steroids in mexico t was a globetrotting hypocrite in Marshawn Lynch in my opinion to do this just another reason the nfl is dead in red states. They should remove red from the logo. It is crazy. Neil marshawn, with scharre shawns activity, if you think about caleb it, was limited to him. So you v. Increasingly were seeing fewer and fewer type of protests otherwise. To hear the nfl come back, they say, well, fewer and fewers case this is problem is going away. What do you say . I dont think it is necessarily going away. I do think they have expressed themselves, they feel they have been heard to a certain degree, i think what marshawn did, it almost undermines all the work Colin Kaepernick has done. I think one of the most patriotic things we can do in our world is simply listen. I want to listen to Marshawn Lynch. I want to know what youre doing about the inequalities and injustices we face in america, or is it about your distaste towards the president of the United States . The last thing i think marshawn wants to do, make this protest all about him, inadvertently, that seems like what he was doing. Neil you dont think this was accidental, that he wanted to make it about him as well . I want like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Neil youre a good man. The president is also blasting levar ball. Set father of one of the three ucla students who was quote, shoplifting in china. The president working with the chinese president to get his son and these others out of china. They were all thankful. Thanked the president in their joint presser last week. The father not so much. What do you make of that . Well, it is complete disrespect. Im sure President Trump helped. This father has a lost shame over the whole incident. I dont know what the real underlying facts are, neil, but to the extent the president helped, it is a complete lack of digs respect. Youre allowing politics to overcome what the president may have done for your family which doesnt compute. But look, its also a case of a father who is ashamed, and i would imagine that he wanted this whole thing to disappear. Neil i think youre right about that i think youre right. That is why it kind of weirded me out a little bit, caleb, hear the president complain about this, maybe i should have left these kids in china or to this effect, when those young men thanked the president rather he have fusely. Where is the president going with this . That is good question. Neil calebs first. Sorry i wasnt clear. Sorry about that that is a good question. At the end. Day, youre president of the United States of america. At end of the day you did something for the citizens of this country and it is great. Regardless how they respond, whether the players are responding in certain way or whether the father of the players are responding in a certain way, you did what you were called to do as a president , and i think it shut end there much. And thats it. Neil do you think in the end, eric, the president should have ignored, i think you brought up a good thing, the fathers embarassment, although he verbalized that, but he has a history of making incendiary remarks . Maybe youre the president United States. Let it go. He is maybe embarrassed dad. Dont dwell on it. The kids were grateful to you and thats enough . It is off brand for him not to comment. Neil youre right. He is everything that a traditional politician is not. For him to ignore it wouldnt be on brand. He is also on brand. He is on brand with respect to showing respect to the country and leaders that do good by you. I think that was another case, he wanted to point out, where he wasnt being respected for doing something, on behalf of the country in essence. Neil no. This was about him. This was about him. Thank me, praise me. That is what rang in this, just my opinion, sounded like that. I hope im wrong, but sounded like thank me, thank me, thank me . I think there is certainly argument for that and i dont think they necessarily have to be mutually exclusive. I think you could get it both. Neil all right. Personally for him and on behalf of mines i made. Neil fair enough. Neither of you during the course of the interview for allow the opportunity. Thank you very much, neil. Neil there you go. Guys, seriously you were great. I hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving. Good guests both of you. Im going to be hearing a lot about this i have a feeling. Retailers are apparently jumping the gun a little bit to make sure you empty your wallet. Well explain after this. Building a website in under an hour is easy with gocentral. From godaddy in fact, 68 of people who have built their. Website using gocentral, did it in under an hour, and you can too. Build a better website in under an hour. With gocentral from godaddy. Neil all right. All eyes this week on black friday and how retailers will do. You know the usual drill is it is amazon and everyone else but leave it to barrons in latest issue to say not necessarily so. There are other players and watching them will bear some fruit if you know exactly where to go. To barrons. Com editor jack otter who joins us right now good to see you. Good to see you, neil. Neil we take it tradition that retailers are going, going gone but weve seen good news and promising signs by walmart and others but you guys delved into others get the macro case first. It is not amazononly event, youre saying . It is not entirely amazononly event but what weve seen, think how hard the stocks have been hit over past years. Macys was at0 bucks, now trading at 20 70 bucks. It is possible that is the kind of appropriate rerating as they say on wall street, right . Now theyre very low. The amazon threat is built n when you see good earnings as we did last week for some of these companies you saw that little pop. But i wouldnt get all bullish neil priced at, with the exception of walmart, doom and gloom levels, right . Yeah. Neil even a nominal up tick or surprise is enough for stocks to move up . It is very much a showme market. Target got slammed because the street didnt like the profits even though there were a few good indications there. Are signs that everyone else finally pig figured out the internet. Walmart bought jet. That seems to pay off a little bit. There are always stocks somewhat protected from amazon. Burlington coat factory, tj maxx, discovery process, ross stores, for people actually like to to in there and see what they can find. Home depot, two by four over amazon, want to feel the hammer. Home depot and lowes. Neil home depot is relentlessly marching up. Is that too much . Well, housing has been somewhat strong. So maybe that is the, dynamic there. Neil do you think whatever is benefiting retailers of late is the same wind being sucked out of technology of late . It is kind of stumbled now . There could be a little bit of a rotation there. Certainly october was incredible month for the tech stocks. I think, more than hatch of the s p rise could be explained by five stocks. I would like to see somebody pick up the leadership a ltle t,bi or a least, so you dont see the huge spread between the techlogy stocks, moving well an everythinglse notoing so well. Neil here doeo here . With technology y could make thergument there is notwithstaing, with barrons included, eyepopping returns have been, theyre not like the internet boom of say the late 90s, 2000 period . There is couple dynamics. The internet boom we were all excited about the companies but they werent showing us the money. Neil right. Now they are taking over in terms of the disruption that is going on. Frankly, not to get all philosophical on you, but half the problems we see in the economy right now can be explained by disruption, and these fangs are the leaders among the disruptors. Blame it on china. Blame it on environmentalists or whatever, but the main problem is that my business is media, right . Weve been disrupted. Neil sure. Look at energy. Neil talk about every dog has its day, the media included with heightened interest in our Parent Company, as well, that it changed a little bit. That could be driven, also could be driven everybody is thinking wow, amazon will snatch this up or google will snatch this up if i dont. Disney says we need scale to compete with jeff bezos or zuckerberg, even getting heavier into video. Fox is thinking, maybe we cant compete without scale. So its a good time to cash in the chips. Neil barrons would tangentially be part of that . We would remain, as would you, we would remain in the same Parent Company but the neil that could change, you never know. Get your take on the tax cut. A lot of people were going back and forth with me so far this hour, prospects of senate passage, senate differing one way or the other that the president complicating matters going after people like senator flake who he always had tenuous relationship, seized on these latest micro remarks, which werent that heinous. But i always wonder whether under the guise of saying, this isnt deficit neutral or whatever, the senator says no to this as one last stick it to you . You to think that. If he votes yes, who will remember it, right . If he votes no, they will certainly remember it. That psychologically has to play a part of it. Probably stating obvious here, donald trump has not proven a good ability to work with people, right . Lyndon johnson was famous for the picture where he is yelling at the guy, but he knew how to go in the back room to give a little bit and. That is not happening right now. Obama was criticized not being good at friendly with congress. Neil he didnt rip them publicly. He didnt do this. He cant neil you cant do anything to upset the applecart. If numbers are so close, and these guys might not like you. With that old line that every senator thinks he or she should be president is probably some truth to that. But, you dont want to do anything to alienate members of that club an attack on one can sometimes be deemed attack on all. That is how they see night johnson wants to vote for the bill. He wants a few changes. Neil you think flake wants to vote and also ron johnson . Im thinking ron johnson more. Im not sure if flake does. He could lose flake but cant lose ron johnson. Neil johnson was over there at arcane business issue. Cobe won over. Flake i dont know. Mccain i dont know. You cant lose anymore than. Corporate tax cut is good thing. I might do 22 instead of 20. On personal side this is not a very good bill. Neil not at all. I think a lot of people have legitimate beef wit. Neil thank you, my friend. Wonderful thanksgiving. Appreciate it. Jack otter, i dont know if you are like some people in this country who swarmed to see the Justice League. Apparently it underwhelmed because it made less than 100 million. I think i know why, simply because superheroes have a problem with being superheroes and theyre dark and depressed. If youre a superhero, you have no right to be a dark and depressed. Awesome. Now the New York Times is suspending its white house reporter, one of them, glenn thrush, over sexual harrassment claims, including, not limited to unwanted advances, kissing and groping at and away from the office. He has been suspended by the New York Times. Well keep you posted on any further developments. En. Meantime keeping you going on what is with apple, Deirdre Bolton here to saying if you were planning to buy that for the christmas, maybe valentines day. Thats right. Neil what . Look how romantic i got the speaker we both wanted. Exactly, exactly. For 350. I want to highlight the price differentials amazon echo alive and kicking on second version you can get 100. There are black friday specials. Some retailers carrying it for 80. Underlying it is already exists and 1 3 of the price. If you look at skills that amazons echo alexa, alexa equivalent to siri but the actual unit is called alexa, thousands, thousands of things you can order. You can order pizza. You can ask about the weather. What amazon waned to do, allow to you interact with you as if it were human whereas apples product seems to control it a little bit more. It has nine skills. So you can kind of neil really . You can message with it. Which is all by design. Neil this is sounds like hall from 2001. Open the refrigerator door. No, neil, you cant do that. These are really good speakers to listen to apple music, because you can not up load neil you cant listen to others . Not right now. Not right now. For example, spotify in particular is blocked. Hmmm. Neil really . Now they say, eventually neil none of these others are limited, right . Google home and amazon echo are doing all things for all people. I think amazon clearly has the head start in this chronology, right the products have been out on the market for two years. They have a lot of skills, but another theme really underlining this, which i found particularly interesting the number of patents for artificial intelligence. So amazons alexa is way ahead of apple in this particular area. Neil wow. This fight for your living room and neil none of these can talk to the other, right . There is no Justice League of speakers yet . You know what, neil . You need to fire off a message to Silicon Valley to pitch it as such. Neil they have me on speed dial im sure. Thank you, deirdre, thank you very much. Speak of Justice League, it opened to so so reviews and soso performance. Any movie that opens with 100 million it didnt happen as other dc movies. I have to pick the brain of kevin mccarthy. Kevin, what happened . That is not a bad number. Not the boffo number they were expecting, right. Good afternoon, neil. Thanks for having me on your show. It is very interesting we live in a world 96 milliondollars estimated opening for a movie is disappointing. I saw a word dismal in certain ads or articles for this film. Here is why its a bad number, first of all, compare it to the avengers, which is the d. C. , marvel equivalent, made 207 million in the opening weekend. The d. C. Version of those characters all coming together made only 96. Im seeing 94 on certain sights. Here is bad bad for the dc univ, batman versus superman made 166 million in the first three days. That is at 70 million dropoff of Justice League which should have been a bigger opening. Man of steel opened bigger and wonder woman opened bigger with 103 million. That is problematic. The question why this happened, my theory is there was so much negativity and Critical Response to batman v. Superman and suicide squad, people were getting tired of dark tone what is happening with the films. Marvel films are light and funny. They really tried to make Justice League a lot funnier. Its a lighter film. I saw it three times. I enjoyed Justice League. I think it is interesting that it dropped off that much. Neil i apologize. When did they rehe had it to add funnier lines or what they thought was funnier stuff, a la marvel . Any effort to lighten it a little bit . When did they do that . Here is what happened. So when Batman V Superman came out, people complained about that, so zach snyder went out and created a lightertoned Justice League. I dont know if youre familiar what happened, zach snyders daughter committed suicide. He left the project and brought on another filmmaker joss weeden to do reshoots and added a lighter tone to the story. There was so much happening behind the production of this movie. I dont know if you saw this, guy places this, henry calfville was doing Mission Impossible 6, they had a fullblown mustache they had to take out. You can see where they took out his moustache. It is weird. Neil we will be superherod out, marvel, d. C. , what have you, too much . One of those things, is it overload, look at numbers that marvel is making. Look at disney numbers. Thor made 122 million in the opening weekend. The first two werent even that wellreceived. That movie had incredible reviews. Rotten tomatoes score was out of this world. People want that marvel formula. And dc is not getting it right. I loveman of steel around Justice League. I it does have problems but i didnt think it is as bad as everyone said it was. Neil if youre a super here, keep from being depress and dark bit. Youre a superhero. Thanks, very much, kevin mcmccarthy. Markets are up. The. I think its terrific. The American People a huge tax cut and will be up to the republicans to come through for america. I think they will, i hope they will. Its up to the senate and if they approve it come in a house in the will get together. I will be there right in the middle of it will come up with a bill that will be spectacular for growth and spectacular for the people of this country. Neil integrally mess is what happens to the state and local Tax Deduction. Both the house and senate needs behind a 10,000 that will allow you to write off again the senate doesnt include that appeared the desire that are rethinking the taxes are higher taxes on the wealthy new jersey come in the latest among them so we may be having the effect without even taking effect with the former bush 43 speechwriter. Trump 2020 riser board member, former new york congressman dan hayworth. Let me begin with you. New jersey was the latest state to say about this idea that democrats claim the Incoming Democratic administration we might have to rethink this mainly because it might not be in environment even the rich friends could endure this. Maryland town without being a nasal deduction issue on the table, these high tax state and i am writing them aside to the solid deduction elimination and its very painful indeed. These high tax state are going to lose residence, so they are going to be more fiscally sensible or they are going to head toward some very difficult times that will make it difficult for them to finance their dad. Strong advice is they better get their act together. Thats a big price to pay. You are saying on the one hand youre going to pay higher federal taxes, but look at this. At least youre not going to pay any higher state taxes, which is the case to believe the Senate President of new jersey as saying. Noel . I didnt know you were talking to me. Neil that thought. Yeah, you know what im all for you recommend they dont need much more push to get high earner income people to flock to florida, wyoming and texas. They are not spending the money well. This is another thing. A lot of people are now campaigning on this. The new jersey Governor Campaign including the millionaire tax and thats why youve got people like Bob Seth Janowski running in connecticut whos running on trying to do away, phase out the estate tax when people are complaining. This is kind of not only something people are campaigning on, but causing all these states like you say to reevaluate what exactly they are doing because they are not keeping these people and they are not enjoying the great philanthropic things they do as well. Thats why rick scott loves new york and he loves new jersey. Neil i dont know if they think that longterm. When push comes to shove, that the risk they will, they can return to new jersey. The top rates almost 11 which it was before Chris Christie came in and brought it down to whatever it is, ill do it because they wont think longerterm to noels point of the congresswomans point that the crowd cannot believe and there is a point at which they do that. What you think . No, i dont think they think longterm. The debate of us having white or red states really funding the fiscal irresponsibility of the blue states. Thats what we are talking about. We are talking about salt and the House Republicans that we will not vote for the senate bill at this remains in the bill. I met the point that the senate plan is terrible. Its not even real tax reform. It is tax the form. Youre a hedge fund or real estate developer, you love this plan. If you are middle or upper middle class you hate this plane because i love that we are having this debate in the state are having debate and what if we get the salt removed. The senate bill is very problematic in my mind. Neil hes not the first guy to say that appeared this idea that something is better than nothing, not all the time. The something could be worse than nothing and a lot of folks realize to pay for corporate cut there will be permanent. Whatever you think about that because the individual cuts that wont be across the board and wont be permanent. And thats pushing it. What you think. I agree with you. I think theres something obviously we need to get done desperately as to reduce taxes on businesses of all sizes. They will make life better for every american because the more people we can put to work and put into the revenue stream, the healthier the federal will be. Its definitely true because the senate is using reconciliation mechanism and because theyve got deficit hawks, they are going to kill us along with the fact we won a middleclass tax cut and its only 95 of taxes are paid by the top 20 . The burdens just keep kind of accumulating and that whole situation and they are the most productive and why are they attaching carried interest . Go ahead. Neil, man is hitting some of these points. Like the Small Business tax up to 30 in temporary . Why have we dealt with the carried interest loophole . Why are these Real Estate Developers getting appreciation from 39 to 25 years and cost hundreds of billions in revenue for treasury . This is a taxing again the uber wealthy will love . When orrin hatch accuses the democrat claiming a tax cut for the rich come under some of us who are deeply conservative or really starting to get a sense this is a tax plan that benefits the hedge fund even a temporary cut. Cliched back a year. I think you are onto something. We were talking about to the shade paychecks next year which is a leap, and if they do see the demonstrable difference in their net pay, the tax form, they are going to be annoyed and sometimes republicans might regret getting mad and when a lot of folks dont seem to think they got much out of it. It could come back to bite them. What you think, know well . Absolutely. Trump plan on doing all sorts of new legislation. If we dont get tax reform in this looks bad on all the republicans and mnuchin, trump, looks good on bad on everybody. Its going to be taken out in the cold. Neil will watch very closely. Thank you all very much. I know youve heard me on this point, some of these others, never trump or any of this stuff come this stuff, just saying having covered a lot of tax cuts in the past come across the board and otherwise, unless they are demonstrable and you can see and feel it and spend it and do something dramatic with it, you are angry over it and then ascending order to focus on clearly. Can you come it cannot write interested in local taxes. Susan collins said maybe you dont bring the corporate rate all the way down to 22 and that pays for keeping the deduction on what he makes of that. What he think of that idea . I do appreciate senator collins stepping to the table to offer constructive feedback in criticism but in this case shes got that all wrong. If you look at the growth associated with the senate plan lets say, 73 of the growth comes from dropping the corporate rate from its current rate of 35 down to 20 . If you start picking that up as he suggested we start to loose Economic Growth in all the things you talk about, the benefits that flow from the tax plan and its all dependent on having Economic Growth. We cannot afford to move the corporate rate up and to do so in the name of saving the salt deduction is particularly misguided because this is a policy as your Previous Panel discussed has pushed new york, new jersey, california, illinois to make bad fiscal decisions. They spent too much money, tax their citizens far too much and now this deduction is payback they will be exposed for all the mistakes theyve made. Neil do you worry that for those residents in those high tax rate commanders and the idea of dont go ahead and use the federal government as a means of funding state and problems and we are seeing already reconsidering as a result, i get that. This is going to have a deleterious effect. There are people in those states. They represent millions of americans who are going to be annoyed at a tax cut that isnt what it was sold to dna could come back and boomerang on republicans did what he think of that . Yeah, i think thats a problem. Im sympathetic to folks and i do not want taxes to go out. Thats the clear about that. But the same time its comical for state officials to go out there and be upset because they may be facing a policy coming out of congress that could potentially may or may not raise taxes on millionaires in the state and that gets in their way of their desire to 100 raised taxes on millionaires in theirs day. Do you think this is a big deal if it passes . I do. The growth associated with this is well documented by economists. The corporate rate cuts, Cost Recovery provisions as well as inducing a lot of cash into the individual side of the code, reducing rates on families, didnt think i will pay a lot of dividends to the economy. Neil very good having you, brandon, appreciate it. Another allegation against al franken for inappropriate touching it does need to the time he was United States senator. Not before. Hillary von has the latest. This is the third woman to accuse him specifically of groping. She is the very first to come forward accusing al franken of inappropriate touching that occurred while he was elected United States senator. The woman said she met the senator at the Minnesota State fair with her husband during the summer of 2010. She briefly talked with rankin before posting as there has been went to take the picture. Franken pulled her in uncomfortably close, pressed his face against hers and then grabbed her rear end. The interaction left her feeling gross. Senator franken has responded to the account telling cnn he doesnt remember taking the photo and feels badly that she came away from our interaction feeling disrespect it. Over the weekend, franken took his friend comedians and washington of woman accusers. This was taken before he ran for public office, but also after he was a sophomore in high school. Pretty hard to be like come on, he didnt know any better. He was only 55. Reporter saturday night live roasting franken for the group in photo that would buy last week in a Senate Colleague made the rounds on sunday shows calling for the Ethics Committee to investigate, but a spokesperson tells the biggest paper in his home state of minnesota the star tribune that franken will not step down despite piling up allegations that is not going home to minnesota for thanksgiving. Instead he will spend it with his daughters family in d. C. According to the staffers, he will be doing a lot of reflect team. Neil hillary, thank you very much. Well keep you on top of that. Allegations of similar behavior involving the New York Times White House Correspondent suspending the reporter today. This keeps going and going. Oldman saxes predict a very strong Economic Growth next year. A lot of that seems to be built on tax cuts going through. Or does it . After this. Zar one of our investors was in his late 50s right in the heart of the financial crisis, and saw his portfolio drop by double digits. It really scared him out of the markets. His advisor ran the numbers and showed that he wouldnt be able to retire until he was 68. The client realized, i need to get back into the markets i need to get back on track with my plan. The Financial Advisor was able to work with this client. Hes now on track to retire when hes 65. Having someone coach you through it is really the value of a Financial Advisor. Neil Goldman Sachs about what sort of an economic prediction list for 2018. Saying right now that will need stronger growth. We could see unemployment well under 4 . The tax cut i dont know, but charlie gasparino. Charlie i think they will model without the tax cut. What do you think i made on the show in the past that if you have, you know, through executive action, donald trump can basically take regulations down. Reinterpret doddfrank to be less stringent, also did epa regulations to be less stringent on industry. You can basically cut costs in such cut costs and such of an business is that it amounts to a de facto tax cut and thats kind of what was the price and the market right now. No, earnings come in next year and its only been in office a year. That sort of the regulatory good thing. Neil im sorry, we tax cuts be like icing on the cake . The problem with tax cuts is the individual side is so bizarre that, you know, that looks like the economy. If you look at the tax plan as it is right now, its a very small tax cut for middle income people in a pretty big tax increase for everybody else. Everybody else that pays taxes, that is not necessarily good for the economy. If you look at the corporate side coming to take it down from dirty 5 to 20 which is excellent. Neil Susan Collins has accumulated 22 to keep the state and local deduction . If they do that come in that handle some of the problems with the personal stuff. Train to the president says 20th basement. Charlie well, i am just saying saying neil thats not a idea she has. Trade for the individual side right now her as the overall impact. Lets be real clear here. A lot of the stuff the company will do when you take on the tax rates come and they do a lot of stock buybacks. Train to which they are free to do. When people hear us, they say no, charlie is. That is fine, but the individual side. Transfer how can i be a never trump her . I praised his economic policy. Neil what they mean to say is youre never a nice human being. Charlie i hate everybody equally. Neil to that point, i think you read about that because the individual power was an afterthought. I could be wrong. Something in barack obama and republicans are kicking around when he was president. That was out there and i almost think weve got to figure out how to do this individual stuff and i think theyve been reflected the corporate stuff should be permanent. The individual stuff, face an income figure this out later. Charlie i agree with that and maybe they should do the individuals of a lot later. Do real tax reform. Tax reform is not keeping all the rates and the killing deductions. Is taking on the rate. Train today didnt do enough of that. Transfer they did almost none of it. Neil ready seagoing assertion that the dustup with senator flake right now . No matter whose side you take on that, do you really want to risk enraging a senator or thats a pretty tight club . They take offense to that. The plan is so haphazard on the individual side and the fact is Small Businesses arent getting a really good tax rate. It is complicated. 30 of their income is the way it comes out i think its 50 50. I thought it would pass at first. Rob portman from ohio came out against a. Train do he didnt want to be deficit neutral, when johnson came out neil he was against it. Its not that fixable. Neil you dont think to be satisfied . Transfer unless they change the subchapter s. , which he wants them to get the same tax treatment. We are good with the Corporate Tax cut. Theyve given people enough reason to vote no. Thats why i worry this wont happen. The markets disagree. Trade to you or no slave to markets you are the walrus. Transfer by the way, oldman saxes been ruined before. But they are huge keynesians, too. Maybe they think trump maybe they are basing it maybe they are thinking its going to get through the infrastructure package. Neil well, that is next. Transfer by the way, gary khan, number two Goldman Sachs is now trumps right hand. Trade you thank you, my friend. Charlie gasparino. Nfl commissioner roger goodell. Connell mcshane is extended to other folks as well. Transfer is another one. The cowboys owner just said after the game yesterday but he really want is accountability from the commissioners. As ugly as this field as this feared we would get into detail in a minute. As ugly as its been, this might mean hes not necessarily standing in a contract for roger goodell. The extension some are calling a civil war between these two. Espn said the number they talk about in the extension is 200 million over five years. Kudo money as they call it around here. The cowboys lost to the eagles and jones was quoted after the game talking about all of this. To sum it all up, what i want most of all is accountability. I won unprecedented accountability of the ownership. That simple. Three accountabilities in there. We think that is what hes trying to get there. He had called goodell the most powerful person in the country relative to his constituency. Constituency would be the owners, one of them. As for the background on whats behind this jerry versus roger, its much more personal than being about the national at the protest to the cowboys have a star running back and Ezekiel Elliott and jones has reportedly been unhappy with how he will handle that can threatened to sue the league over the contract extension. Reporters and others have tried to connect the two. Jones would deny it but that is in the background. They stand at the commissioner with the threat of their own in the background saint johns behavior is detrimental to the leak but the language that could be eventually used to force the nod as an owner. Thats how serious this is. But the accountability reference, baby doesnt necessarily want to goodell out. Neil last spring it was the owners agreed unanimously they were going to work out the details whether goodell should be renewed. I recently changed in the interim was the dustup and all this other stuff with the kneeling, standing during the National Anthem. At what point did jones come other owners, let alone goodell. Attrition another level when he started doing more public in this more aggressive in comments. The Ezekiel Elliott carried on forever. His kept repealing it on a nonweek by week. A couple weeks ago. The sixgame suspension. May be. He really is said to be really angry at me throw in the anthem stuff, but the last month or so hes made some provocative comments to put it mildly and there have been source comments so thats when its really gotten ugly. Neil but the other owners know donald trump likes his stance on the fact hes tough on players who dont stand for the National Anthem. Im not saying thats not part of it. The elliott bay has been in the background the whole time and that hurts the immediate bottom line in terms of making the team competitive. It is certainly there. I cant teach you all of this football stuff. Neil you literally exhausted all of my knowledge. Just stringing along ive got to tell you. Move on to soccer. Neil dont even get me started on soccer. We will have more after this with the dow up 94. 5 points. The markets worried about all of these developments, whats going on nod with the nfl, but the president still rants and, you know the drill. They are not coming out at all. After this. There are Border Patrol and i. C. E. Agents along the very dangerous southern border. As you heard, we lost a Border Patrol officer just yesterday, and another one was brutally beaten and badly, badly hurt. It looks like hell make it but very, very badly hurt. And we talk about the wall, were going to have the wall. Its part of what were doing. We need it. Neil all right. The president renewing that call for a border wall and built on some threatening situations coming for our patrol officers including one who died. The director of policy [inaudible] on i all of this. Jessica, where is this going . The president has been demanding this for quite some time. Obviously, seizing on these latest developments as a reason were overdue for this. The question always comes up how do you pay or it, right . For it, right . Well, yes, it does. But the way it should not be paid for is with the lives of Border Patrol agents who are out there protecting our country and trying to do something about illegal immigration. I mean, illegal immigration is not some benign, harmless phenomenon thats going on that causes no problems. Congress is going to have to support the president s agenda to secure the border, to provide the infrastructure, more agents, more resources and support the president s policy of allowing them to do the job of trying to secure our border. Because, you know, the people who did this to those agents are not sticking around in the border area more than likely, theyre headed into the interior of the country. And the criminal cartels that they work with are emboldened by too many years of failing to enforce our immigration laws and end riched by that. And enriched by that. And theyre still around. So were going to have to be very, very strong to get the better of this problem. But we cant waste any more time. Congress has funding bills before it right now that it needs to pass as quickly as possible so that we can start boosting our infrastructure and resources there to support the Border Patrol. Neil you just hit on what could be a way to do it, and the president has intimated this in the past, this idea of including it in an omnibus infrastructure package that democrats generally like. They love that sort of spending anyway, find it very productive, it helps the economy. A lot of republicans readily agree with that, and this might be a means to end close thatover or envel lope in that. What do you think of that . It could be. The priority for the democrats seems to be giving an amnesty to the people with daca which, of course, just inspires more illegal immigration. The priority should be to build the wall, support the Border Patrol and i. C. E. , for that matter. To the extent that we have more interior enforcement as well, its going to make it less appealing for people to keep trying to come other the border, to keep paying all this money to the smugglers and the cartels they work with to try to get here. So its all kind of a layered approach to Border Security and immigration security. But, you know, it doesnt come more free. Its going to take some resources from congress. Now, its an investment really, and it pays off in the long run in reduced taxpayer expenses elsewhere. But its something that we cannot put off any longer. Its still a problem, and this, you know, we cannot have more agents losing their lives trying to secure the border because of lack of infrastructure and wall and buff and because of lack of resources and lack of partners and colleagues. Neil jessica vaughn, thank you very much. Good seeing you again. Thank you, neil. Neil millennials right now seem to be interested in buying homes. What changed since the meltdown . Neil all right, to love him is to, well, know em, because millennials make up the Largest Group of home buyers in the United States. To our panel, christy, fox News Headlines 24 7 reporter Carly Shimkus and Internet Radio sensation and host mike gun zelman. All right, guys, what do you make of in that now of in that now you are the life and blood of housing . Im not surprised. Were getting married later, were leaving the home later, and i think its really because were finally able to. We really can finally neil oh, this is when you start whining about your college debt. [laughter] that is so mean. So true though. Neil i would love to have gasparino here. I would love to know who these millennials are though because none of my friends are owning houses. Transportation costs, everythings going up, and we do have Student Loan Debt. And, you know, forbes this year 1. 3 trillion in student debt. Neil so youre still paying off your college for the next 30 years. Neil really . And hes not alone. I think this is a direct reflection on how expensive it is to rent an apartment. The cost of rent is chews up about 45 of young peoples neil will mortgages be any less . Well, yeah, especially if you live in los angeles, san francisco, miami, new york. But also, christy, going back to your point, what you said about how there was a recent study that said young people are living home longer. I think theyre living home, and theyre skipping the apartment rentals, going directly into owning their first home which i think is a very, very responsible thing to do, right . I mean, thats been my plan. Stay home, get as much Student Loan Debt neil are you still at home now . Absolutely. Neil do you help out . Do you pay rent . I dont, i just pay student loans. Massive rent. Neil they are massive. To be able to put down 20 for a house, i dont know where thats coming from. Obviously, perhaps, doing the typical, you know, get married and then, you know, have a kid, etc. , and then you get a house, but i dont know where these people are. That is also true. Income growth has, you know, been on the rise neil two can live cheaper than one. I dont know. Im single. [laughter] what do you want for me . Neil youre looking for the second part of it too. [laughter] but i think that a lot of young people are really because Student Loan Debt is so high, 1. 4 trillion, i think a lot of young people are going to the bank of mom and dad. Mom and dad are helping them with that first home because they realize how expensive the cost of living is coupled with Student Loan Debt, and also they probably want them to get the heck out of the basement but even going on that, the Student Loan Debt is more than people have with credit card and auto loan. Is so literally its like the second highest one right now. Neil you strike me, youre not a big spender you watch your money thats because i have no money. Neil all right. [laughter] you know don imus. Is he that cheap . We love imus. Neil okay. All right. But when i hear about millennials and i hear about remember right after the meltdown, guys, you were all in grade school, but the theory was that young people were leery of getting married, leery of owning a home because they saw so many of their parents lose a home or get caught up in a home that was upside down that owed more than it was worth. So all these rights of rites of passage that we associate with older generations, your generation was saying, no, no, once burnt, were going to be very, very shy. Here you guys are diving back into housing. And i think that we really do look at everything very seriously and say, okay, we saw what can happen, so were going to be more cautious about it. At the end of the day, eventually neil but last time you were here, you were blaming my generation for all your problems. Well, im not taking that back. It is your generations fault because a lot of older people neil wait a minute, are you saying [laughter] im part of the older people . Take two. Neil really . What i meant to say was older people, excluding anybody they were holding onto, you know, the starter homes, the firsttime homes for a longer period of time. Neil god forbid. So you couldnt find those homes. Yes. And young people couldnt afford anything other than homes that were already taken. So pretty much its your fault. So thanks a lot. [laughter] neil but you have a commuter marriage. You deal with that we actually have two rents. Neil oh, here we go. Who decided to do that . You guys did, right . The thing about subway fares are going up, to buy parking spots neil oh, here we go. And also the iphone for 1,000. Neil do you have the new iphone . No, i dont trust the whole facial recognition thing. [laughter] neil yeah, you would end up in a post office, i know that guy. Exactly. [laughter] neil when you look at the as a separate investment, do you feel because this was the third leg of the sort of troika things that you were afraid of, the markets as well. The parents generation invests over the long haul, youre going to be richly rewarded. You saw your parents burnt. As the argument goes, you were leery of the markets. Do you have any interest in the markets . Not really. [laughter] im not interested. I think that we work really hard, and we have neil do you know this is a show about the markets . By us going to say i was going to say its an honest a. N. S. W. E. R. [inaudible conversations] neil you dont like the markets. I know that its so important, but i dont think im, i dont think neil youre paying off your debt. Were paying off our debt. I feel like it just doesnt directly affect me right now, even though it does. But as far as like my daytoday life and responsibilities, i do not think the market neil do you save at all . Is. No. To pay off your bills, which i think neil well, thats yeah. Neil pay them off finish. I dont think many people are saving long term. Yeah, for, like, 30 years down the line. Except for those folks now buying those houses which is clearly a good sign for the economy overall, i think. Still, i dont trust those people. [laughter] i wouldnt want them as my friends, if youre already buying a house . Neil you have a lot of friends. A lot. Big on twitter. [laughter] neil yeah. They dont know youre out of money. [laughter] guys, thank you hes not going to date us. Hes working it. [laughter] neil hes working it. All right, when we come back, were going to tell you how the markets are doing. Theyre up 89 points. So if you came into this day not at all interested in investing, youve lost out on some money. Well be talking to the young people after this, but gramps now has to take his medicine. [laughter] neil all right, what is german for weve got some problems . [laughter] actually, my german is almost as good as my scottish accent. Anyway, Angela Merkel is in a heap of trouble, didnt look that way a month ago when all she had to do after winning fairly substantially, all she had to do was form a coalition government. It looked easy on paper, but apparently its all falling apart now. Ashley webster with what happened. Whats going on . Its nein good, thats my german. Neil very good. Shes in a very weakened position tonight, neil. She hasnt been able to get a coalition together, and i think you can really trace this back to 2015 when she opened the front door to germany to about 1. 3 million refugees and migrants. And since that point her party, the christian democratic union, hasp continued to lose ground has continued to lose ground. People upset with her decision on migration. And in the last National Elections back in september, her party put in the worst performance in 68 years. And what weve seen is the rise of the farright party in germany, the afd or alternative for germany who won nearly 13 in that same election and gaped more than 90 seats gained more than 90 seats in the german parliament. Shes been in power since 2005, shes been kind of the elder statesman of the european union, and this really does not only is there a political crisis going on in germany, but this really does cast a big shadow over the european union. Let us not forget the italians will be going to the polls in the near future, and they too have a very antiestablishment party, the fivestar Movement Party thats showing big gains. This is the kind of stuff that brussels makes them shudder in their boots. But to have Angela Merkel right now unable to form a government, theres a very good chance, neil, that the germans will have to go back to the polls for another election, and theres a very good chance her party could lose even more seats to that farright party. So the days for Angela Merkel, she says shes not going to quit, she said that today. She said i see no reason to resign. But it appears that shes in big trouble. Neil wow. Ashley, thank you very much. Ashley webster. Meanwhile, retailers are trying out new pricing strategies to take on amazon where amazon is the king, certainly for the holidays.
