Prosecutors are not allowed to decide guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Mueller cannot undercut the president s presumption of innocence. Absolutely not. The abirth to convict somebody rests with a juri your peers. There is no way that the media or anybody else should be doing what they are doing to this president.
