They had to reverse their first decision to certify results of the vote and the recount for joe biden. Its just all part of the chaos theyre created in the state of georgia, the mess. And the battle for the white house goes on. Joining us tonight to talk all of this up, Pennsylvania State congressman seth grove. He was supposed to chair a hearing today in pennsylvania talking to officials of dominion Voting Machines. But instead, dominion has lawyered up and backed out of that hearing. Well find out why. Were also joined by Trump Legal Team member jenna ellis and Judicial Watch president tom fitton with us tonight as well, one of the republican canvass Board Members in wayne county, michigan, monica palmer, who was threatened, intimidated, harassed until she awe greed to certify results agreed to certify results. Who are the radical dems, what have they become and why are we tolerating them . Well have her story this evening. Pastor Robert Jeffress joins us as well. And we begin tonight with President Trump promising today to never give up his fight for the American People. The president making his first pluck appearance in a week public appearance in a week in the White House Briefing room. President trump announced two new rules to dramatically cut the price of Prescription Drugs, a move that big pharma, washington lob buttists and their bought lobbyists and their bought and paid for elected officials oppose. The president says those groups and others are part of the deep state and radical dem efforts to bring down his presidency. For generations the American People have been abused by big pharma and their army of lawyers, lobbyists and bought and paid for politicians. But ive been loyal to the special interests, ive been loyal to our patients and our people that need drugs, Prescription Drugs, and devoted myself to completely fighting for the American People. You see that. This is not an easy thing to do. Big pharma ran millions of dollars of negative advertising against me during the campaign. Which i won, by the way, but, you know, well find that out. Almost 74 million votes. We had big pharma against us, we had the media against us, we had big tech against us, we had a lot of dishonesty against us. Lou and a lot of political corruption. President trump also praising the development of operation warp speed. Operation warp speed accelerating china virus vaccines from pfizer, moderna and others. Pfizer today filing with the fda for an emergency use authorization of its vaccine, a vaccine that pfizer says is 95 effective. President trump, however, says those biotechs held back positive news about the development of the vaccines. In one case by six days after the election. And the other announced thirteen days after of the election. And there is considerable reason to believe that those companies and others may have known about the effectiveness of those vaccines as early as october 22ndment 22nd. Heres what the president had to say today. Pfizer and others even decided to not assess the result of their vaccine. In other words, not come out with a vaccine until just after the election. Thats because of what i did with favored nations and these other elements. Instead of their original plan to assess the data in october. So they were going to come out in october, but they decided to delay it because of what im doing. Which is fine with me because, frankly, this is just a very big thing. Lou and the president , you may recall, predicted that there would be a, that that very well might be the case if they would attempt to do so. President trump not only fighting for the American People, fighting against big pharma and other vested interests across the country, but also for a free and fair election. For the integrity of our electoral system. Members of the president s own party, however, making a mess of the election and the recount in the state of georgia and other states as well, but focusing on georgia. Rino secretary of state Brad Rathensberger just moments ago finally certified the election for the, for joe biden for a second time today. Rathensbergers office made the same call earlier before later withdrawing the certification. We had no explanation for the secretary of states office, but that is pretty much the custom, apparently, of the georgia secretary of state. President trump has gently chided i would put it that way georgia republicans for the way theyve handled the states recount. He tweeted this today the governor of georgia and the secretary of state refuse to let us looked at signatures which would expose hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots and give the Republican Party and me, david perdue and perhaps Kelly Loeffler a big victory. Another recount has begun in wisconsins two largest counties. Officials have until december 1st to complete the recount in milwaukee and dane counties. The intent of the recount, of course, is to throw out tens of thousands of defective mailin ballots that may be missing legallyrequired information and signatures on them. In pennsylvania a state court has cleared a potential legal pathway to victory for President Trump. The court ruling that 2300 ballots in Allegheny County surrounding pittsburgh can be thrown out of a state senate race, in fact, must be. The ballots were deemed invalid because they were missing a printed date, and that violates state law. The judge in that case saying directly that other, other jurisdictions in pennsylvania should follow suit as well. And that, of course, in favor of the Trump Campaign. Theyve identified hundreds of thousands of ballots that republican poll watchers were blocked from seeing, if checking and validating from checking and validating. Those ballots may be missing as well similarly required information. Rudy giuliani says the ballots need to be thrown out and immediately. In pennsylvania where we have probably our most precise evidence, 682,770 of these ballots were cast, put in, and they werent inspected. Which renders them ballots that are null and void, cannot be counted, have to be removed from the, from the vote. Lou should those votes be thrown out . President trump will far exceed joe bidens current 81,000vote lead in pennsylvania should they do so. Also at issue in pennsylvania, the use of dominion voting systems machines and software. Dominion was used to cast 19 of the votes in pennsylvania. Their ceo was supposed to testify this morning before the State Government committee. But according to its committee chairman, seth grove, dominion bailed on the hearing at the very last moment. And joining us tonight is seth grove, republican Pennsylvania State representative. And, mr. Grove, first, thanks for being with us here. Good to have you. And what happened . Dominion was going to be transparent, they were going to be clear or about what transpired through the evening and mornings of november 3rd and 4th. And suddenly they didnt appear. What happened . Lou, thank you for having me and happy thanksgiving. Today we attempted to have a honest and open dialogue with nip onvoting systems. They operate elections machines in 14 of our counties. It consists of 1. 3 million voters, about 19 of total votes cast in pennsylvania use the dominion voting machine including in my home county and myself. Lou right. Obviously, theres a lot of alleged conduct by dominion. We wanted to got to the bottom of it. And actually, dominion approached us. They provided the committee a white paper of kind of facts and fictions and said anything you need, we want to be there to help address with your constituents and individuals. Were reading all these accusations, they want to insure that their vote actually counted for, there wasnt any misconduct by Voting Machine Companies in the election here in pennsylvania and across the country. Lou right. Unfortunately, we didnt have that opportunity today. We asked them if they wanted to come in for an informational hearing which is kind of the lowest level hearing you can get. They werent sworn in, it was virtual, it was more of a relaxed atmosphere of conversation and questions with both republican and Democrat Members of the committee. And they decided at 8 30 last night that, when discussing with their attorneys, they decided not to move forward because of alleged and potential litigation. Which is very disheartening because anybody, any legislative committee, any legislative body in the country should be fearful because if were going to face testimony in front of the public, particularly for an entity that we purchased their machines, taxpayer money was expended to provide a public good, can walk away from any Committee Hearing based on alleged litigation, how are we ever going to do oversight and insure that anything that truly happened lou well, ill tell you the answer to that, you know the answer to that, youre going to have to subpoena them. Youre going to have to carry out an investigation. And you know thats going to take time, and its going to be probably too late in many instances for decisions that have to be taken in the next couple of weeks. But the reality here is that dominion right now has an opportunity to be fort forth fort coming, to explain how their decision was, why they took decisions that they did, why these allegations against them are invalid. But instead we have a situation, mr. Grove, where the state of pennsylvania and other jurisdictions dont even know who run these companies. They have, they have officers, but we dont know the ownership. Do you know who owns dominion . Do you know where the servers are . We have no idea. Nope, we have no idea. We dont know what kind of yeah. Lou this is stunning. We dont know what kind of software they use, yeah. Lou this is all over the country. Where do they get with contracts . Right. And, you know, this is certification processes for every state. Texas denied theirs in 2018. Pennsylvania passed theirs. So states really need to look at their cert9 my e case process and certify caution process to insure we dont have the situation. Dominions the only voting machine i know of that has any allegations against it whatsoever. They still havent addressed their issues in georgia. They say it wasnt a glitch, but they admitted they sent people down there to do some work of some problem with their election machines. Thats the problem. People dont know. People want transparency, and they have and and you were spot on, lou. They had the opportunity to come forward in a public forum to address these concerns and wipe away any doubt with the use of their machines, you know . If i were a dominion ceo or employee, i would take that to heart and say, yeah, we want the opportunity to publicly discuss our machines because we know they work, we know they were accurate, and they provided the support and needed process to insure we have fair administered elections in every jurisdiction whether it was pennsylvania, georgia, wisconsin, michigan. And they didnt take that. Instead, they walked away and didnt provide any transparency or openness to the people of pennsylvania. And, basically, they unfortunately, i think they themselves are starting to validate those accusations that they say arent true because of it. The state of texas alone, by our understanding, is the only state to decline to use Dominion Software because of the issues that have awe risen in this arisen in this very election. Dominion walks away from an opportunity to defend itself and to explain itself and how well it operated its machines and software in the election, at least in 14 counties in pennsylvania. Right now we dont have any specific dominionrelated allegations in our three lawsuits in michigan, pennsylvania and nevada. But, of course, were looking into this. And, you know, lou, what i think is really important for the American People to consider and for you and i to care about Election Integrity like we should as americans is why when you have even the ceos of big tech who are willing to come and talk to congress, and theyre willing to answer for their algorithms, for their suppression of conservative content and all this. You have this company who isnt willing to come forward and simply answer questions. That should raise suspicion in the American Peoples mind of what theyre doing lou well, thats exactly right, jenna.
