Author: Federal officials are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who robbed a bank in St. Paul back in February. The St. Paul Police Department in a series of tweets Thursday said its investigators have been working with the FBI to identify and locate the suspect who robbed the TCF Bank on the 400 block of Lexington Parkway North around 6 p.m. on Feb. 23. Police say the suspect, who is around 20 years old, walked into the bank, pulled out a gun and pointed it at staff, demanding money. After he got the cash (police haven't said how much), he ran out of the building.
