FBI, U.S. Attorney's Office Prepare for Potential Violence, Ask Public to Send Information The Albuquerque FBI Division and the U.S. Attorney’s Office are working with federal, state, and local partners to prepare for any potential violence in New Mexico related to the recent unrest in Washington, D.C., and the upcoming presidential inauguration. The FBI has set up a command post to monitor any emerging threats in our region and share intelligence with our partners. FBI assets are on standby to support investigations and respond to any potential threats of violence to the state capitol, federal buildings, and other key facilities.
