ARRESTS The following people were arrested on felony charges by law enforcement agencies in Davidson County, and, unless noted otherwise, were either placed in the Davidson County Detention Center or released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Lexington District Court on the date given: Jennifer Renee Billings, 42, of 441 Sink Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to a half ounce, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, $5,000 secured bond, March 8. Joseph Aaron Everhart, 31, of 441 Sink Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, $5,000 secured bond, March 8. Saphon Chhoeum, 46, of 101 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, was charged with two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, two counts of obtaining property under false pretense, larceny of a motor vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor larceny, $50,000 secured bond, March 29.
