Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard of Delaware's Court of Chancery in January had lifted restrictions on the ability of TransPerfect and co-founder Philip R. Shawe's ability to review the previous and future billing records of custodian Robert B. Pincus, the former Skadden partner, in the underlying dispute.
