Kasim Caughman, 32, has pleaded guilty to second-degree assault to resolve charges stemming from the violent incident on Feb. 18, 2020. The events unfolded at about 10:35 p.m. inside a residence on Barker Street near Castleton Avenue, according to police and a criminal complaint.
