Felon voting case will return to federal courtroom on Nov. 1

A federal lawsuit that targets North Carolina’s restrictions on felon voting will return to a federal courtroom on Nov. 14. A hearing is scheduled that morning on the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment.
