FEMA vaccine clinics open for two more weeks in rural parts of Kentucky

FEMA opened a vaccine clinic in Laurel County at the end of April.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Masks are coming off, life is slowly getting back to our pre-pandemic normal, but only for those who are vaccinated.
“It’s just a matter of trying to convince people there’s nothing harmful about the vaccine. And that it’s a good idea to go ahead and get the vaccine. Then you’ll be free to do a little more with your life than you have been for a more than a year,” said FEMA Media Relations Specialist, Nate Custer.
