TEXARKANA — Filmmakers with Texarkana roots are finding film festival success with their independent, short documentary "We Save Us."
The 14-minute documentary film explores the lives of African Americans around the time of last year's presidential election, shot at several locations across New York City. It was just accepted to the Columbus Black International Film Festival.
