CITRA — Employees at the Five Star Pizza restaurant here say they enjoy coming to work and value the friendships they have developed with co-workers and the community. When he was a high school student, Javin Neira visited from time to time to get a slice and chat. "It's a friendly, nice place. People would just stop by to get a drink just to say hi," the 20-year-old said. When the family-owned store was hiring, Neira jumped at the opportunity. Andrew Leduc has been working at the business for two years. "It's like a family here. We're a tight-knit group," said Leduc, also 20.
