MANILA - The flexible work arrangement in the public sector is the Civil Service Commission's (CSC) "answer" to the new normal seen to be effective even after the pandemic. In a televised public briefing, CSC commissioner Aileen Lizada said the institutionalization of the flexible work arrangement is the commission's "answer to the new normal for the government" so it can continue providing efficient public service.
