The Montcalm Township Board interviewed two candidates for clerk on Thursday — one who’s a self-described “dedicated workaholic” and one who wants the township to consider whether a full-time clerk is actually needed. The clerk vacancy was created after Clerk Brenda Ladermann announced on April 20 that she was resigning effective May 9.
