WARWICK — As with so many aspects of life, Rhode Island's residential real-estate market had a crazy year in 2020, the result of the coronavirus pandemic.
The market saw stunning lows and record highs, according to figures from the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.
The first two months of the year saw the number of single-family houses sold increase by 14% over the same period the year before.
