Havre Police Department -- -- Michael Robert-Louis Belcourt of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and tampering with a communication device and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Second Street asked Tuesday at 11:54 a.m. for officer assistance with their boyfriend. -- A Fourth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 2:32 p.m. that Social Security information had been stolen. -- A caller on Fifth Avenue reported Tuesday at 11:36 p.m. that a vehicle hit a dog near the former Taco John's building, and, while on the line, a Montana Highway Patrol Trooper stopped to assist the caller.
