Once again, Jennifer Behm-Lazzarini is wearing a crown. The former Miss Delaware USA bested chef Bobby Flay in a cooking competition Thursday night on his Food Network TV show "Beat Bobby Flay." Behm-Lazzarini faced off against Flay on the half-four program after winning a first-round battle against her husband, Julio Lazzarini, who owned and ran two Wilmington restaurants. The couple moved to Rhode Island about seven years ago. "I'm totally numb and in shock," said the mother of two girls after the win. "The Lazzarinis took out Bobby Flay. Mommy's bringin' home the crown." In a surprise move, Behm-Lazzarini, who never went to culinary school but once owned a catering business in Delaware, chose to make chicken noodle soup.
