Former hunting museum to become an event center
Pope & Young, a national bowhunting club, recently sold the rural Chatfield building it has used as a headquarters and museum since 2004. The club moved to Chatfield's Main Street. A local family bought the former museum to use as an events center to be called Joy Ridge.

CHATFIELD – A national bowhunting club recently moved to new digs in Chatfield after selling its rural museum and former headquarters to a family planning to use the building as an event center.
The Pope & Young Club, a bowhunting and conservation organization that documents hunting records, moved its headquarters to 223 South Main St. in Chatfield.
