Former Loveland police officer Austin Hopp denied from Larim

Austin Hopp, the former Loveland Police Department officer who is currently serving a 5-year prison sentence for his 2020 arrest of Karen Garner, has once again been denied acceptance to the Larimer County Community Corrections program.
