Forsyth Co. becomes third '4 Minute City' in US : vimarsana.

Forsyth County launched the 4 Minute City Program Thursday, which aims to improve survival rates of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest by placing several hundred automated external defibrillators throughout the county.
