The Austin Police Department said Monday morning that their investigation into the woman's death determined "that foul play is not a factor in this death," Chief David McKichan wrote in a news release. About 8 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, 2021, Austin police were sent to the 1900 block of Third Avenue Northeast for a report of an unresponsive woman who was not breathing. Life-saving measures by emergency responders were unsuccessful and the woman was pronounced dead at 8:30 a.m.
