Brian 15 states are holding races today on the republican side you got 854 delegates up for grab. Thats about 70 of 1215 total delegates needed to secure the nomination. Steve here is the current state of the race, former President Donald Trump is in the lead as you can see right there with 273 delegates after gaining 29 in the north dakota primary just last night. There are 854 on the republican side up for grabs. So, if he gets all of those, he would get he would have 1127. Steve almost. Ainsley not enough to secure the nominee but almost. Steve his campaign is thinking he could secure it up in the next week or two. Lawrence, you mentioned a moment ago, uncommitted. How many people will vote uncommitted today. And will it come anywhere close to the number we saw in michigan last week where it was 13 . The sean probably not. Although the best chance for a lot of uncommitted voters are in the great state of minnesota. Apparently and keep in mind there are far fewer Arab Americans in minnesota than in michigan. Organizers are honing for 10,000, which is just a fraction of it. But, they are looking ahead to next week in Washington State where the goal is to get a lot more. Lawrence i think the push is and if you look in the crowds when the prohamas propalestinian protester its a Diverse Group of people talking about their sympathies for the Palestinian People and they are antiisraeli, antijewish in many cases and the goal is, according to Rashida Tlaib is to send a message to joe biden, if you vote uncommitted, it is to tell the president that you want some sort of ceasefire. Oklahoma is pure red you understand where that comes up. I find thin treeing, colorado for the longest time has been a purple state. Im wondering with denver being overwhelmed by Illegal Immigrants being somewhat open to voting hard right or open to somebody viewed by many to be a little bit more moderate and that is nikki haley. As we go through right now closed contest, registered republican in order to get in there utah, california, oklahoma, also reliably red also for california except for places like Orange County and portions of the middle of central california. As we look here at the open contest, where you could decide the day of, you know what . Register as independent and create some havoc . This is where i think if you are democrat and you want nikki haley in the race, in the back of my mind what gavin newsom said.
