But the rise of young people who no longer want to be affiliated with any particular religion. So 48 theres a 48 increase in genx and older millennials who say they have no affiliation with any particular religion. What are your thoughts on that . You know, i saw the interview i thought it was so interesting i think these numbers are really interesting when you dig in too. That group does seem to be pulling away i think we know a lot of our norms and tradition people are turning away from things that maybe their parents or grandparents did. But what i thought was encouraging is there was less of a pulling away from younger group because weve all covered in College Campuses these massive revivals that are happening kids getting baptized saying gosh im searching for something to help you with the pain of this world. Theres more of that now starting up again this fall happening at really big campuses. So, i think young people are really looking for something that will take a load off of their minds off of their hearts so it seems like with a younger generation, youngest part of the group that was measured in this it is slightly more hopeful if you think that having faith in your life is a positive thing. Thats what i have experienced that poll you said points out genx and millennials whatever we call in the next Genz And Alpha as well. Just anecdotally i dont sense that it could be part of where i live. But i sense strong dedication to faith. Rachel listen, i liked that people find faith wherever they can find it.
