Freeport Noon Kiwanis to meet May 4 Source: Freeport Noon Kiwanis FREEPORT — The Freeport Noon Kiwanis Club will meet at noon May 4 at the Beltline Café & Catering, 325 W. South St. Masks will be required when not eating and seating will be socially distanced. The guest speakers will be Northwestern Illinois Community Action Agency Director Stephanie Lewis and NICAA Head Start education manager Sarah Fowler. Head Start is a federally funded child and family development program providing comprehensive developmental, educational and nutritional services to children and parental support. The preschool program serves children ages 3 to 5 years old and their families. The Freeport Noon Kiwanis Club is a service club established in 1919 dedicated to serving the children of the world and the needs of the Freeport community. The club meets at noon Tuesdays for lunch and a program.
