"The next strategic step for our business is to gain a foothold in the new Maroochydore CBD and the opportunity to have a presence at The MET was something that we can't overlook," Mr Mejia said. "We love what is happening onsite, there are tradespeople working on a number of construction sites and it's really exciting that the first building Foundation Place is now open and filling up with workers. "We know this is just the beginning with many years of onsite development ahead at the City Centre so we are taking a long-term view to this location with the potential to relocate into a building in future stages."
