Bagammangwato royal uncles and tribal elders have expressed their urgent plea for the return of former president Ian Khama to Botswana. In a statement, delivered after a meeting with Khama in Eswatini during the Easter Holiday, they highlight concerns over alleged harassment and destabilisation of the Gammangwato tribe by the Masisi administration, as well as persecution of Khama's family.
