A PRODUCTION company which is currently making a programme for the BBC has hailed fast broadband in rural Herefordshire. Vicarious Productions, an end-to-end film and television production facility based in Edvin Loach, near Bromyard, has access to some of the fastest internet in the country after the latest phase of works under the Fastershire project. Vicarious Productions director Carol Harding, who is currently working on a production of My Name is Leon for BBC One, said the fast internet from Airband meant that during the Covid-19 lockdowns she could make a short film for ITV in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
