Lonnie Richardson, 50, was captured in Laclede County. He’s charged with tampering with a judicial officer and second-degree terrorist threat for the incident on February 4. He was found hiding in a small camping trailer and arrested after a brief standoff. Here’s more from the U.S. Marshals: Lonnie G.
