Environmental Health officers visited the business on Wednesday night and served a Hygiene Emergency Prohibition Notice on the owner. The full reasons this decision was made include: No hot running water for effective hand hygiene. The restaurant did not have a means to provide an adequate supply of hot water to enable effective cleaning and disinfection of the premises, equipment and working surfaces. Adequate procedures are not in place to control pests: flies have been noted to be landing on open foods and food preparation surfaces.
