GE unit completes work on key substation for Saudi SWRO plan

GE Renewable Energy said its Grid Solutions unit has completed the work on a substation that will help power Rabigh-3 salt water desalination plant, one of the world’s largest sea water reverse osmosis plants that will supply water to Makkah and Jeddah.
