Gilley designated a Distinguished Hoosier
Gary Gilley is given the Distinguished Hoosier Award on behalf of Gov. Eric Holcomb at the start of the Harrison County Council meeting Dec. 28 by Scott Fluhr and State Rep. Karen Engleman.

Harrison Countian Gary Gilley was honored last month as a Distinguished Hoosier as he retired from public service.
“His service to the people of this country and this county extended from the roads of Harrison County to the jungles of Vietnam,” said Scott Fluhr, chair of the local Republican party as he presented the award on behalf of Gov. Eric Holcomb.
