He noted that such large companies as Amazon, Google, and a number of others have their own data centers, which, in turn, have the ability to provide third parties with Cloud space Public and Private. In addition, these large companies’ Cloud technologies for small and medium enterprises are cheaper than other organizations’ Cloud. “In Azerbaijan, as in a number of other countries, the development of Public Cloud (intended for free use by the general public) has been practically reduced to zero. This decision comes from the state, so companies are forced to adhere to this decision,” said Rasulov.
