More than a year into the Covid crisis, thousands of young Scots are sitting at home doing nothing.
None of them have a job nor are they on training programmes nor on education courses.
Only a few hundred have started the Kickstart scheme that was to employ 250,000 school leavers and under-25s across the UK.
