Gov. Jay Inslee on Thursday stepped up his lobbying to have the state's students return to class for in-person learning but there are still several districts that are still operating under a full-time remote learning model.
Inslee wore a face mask for his visit to Firgrove Elementary School, his second visit to a school campus this month to. During his trip to the Puyallup school, Inslee said the district is part of a growing list of 270 school districts that have embraced in-person learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
