Gov. Kotek unveils recommendations for early literacy educat

Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek released recommendations from her Early Literacy Educator Preparation Council on Monday that aim to better prepare educators and administrators to teach reading and writing to students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
