Phil Scott and state officials on Tuesday will discuss Vermont's ongoing response to the coronavirus and efforts to get more people vaccinated against COVID-19. Scott said Friday that he would lift all remaining virus-related restrictions before July 4 if the state reaches a vaccination rate of 80%. More than 725 people got vaccinated at more than 30 walk-in clinics held at Emergency Medical Services sites around the state over the weekend, the state Health Department said. Walk-in clinics are happening Tuesday at the former Southern Vermont College gymnasium, the Essex fairgrounds, North Country Hospital in Newport and at the Berlin Mall.
