Government should consider bringing in age limit for use of

The High Court of Karnataka has suggested the introduction of an age limit for using social media, similar to the legal drinking age. The court made this observation while hearing an appeal by X Corp (formerly Twitter) challenging the takedown orders issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. The court also imposed a cost of Rs 50 lakh on X Corp.
