A bench consisting of Justice Mohammad Nasir Mahfooz and Justice Syed Arshad Ali issued an order for the purpose after holding preliminary hearing into the petition of Provincial Management Service officer Farhatullah Khan Marwat, who requested the court to declare the impugned SRO No 1046(1), which was issued by the government on Oct 14, unconstitutional and a violation of the Civil Servants Act, 1973.
