× January 19, 2021 OGDEN, Utah – Flor de Toloache, the critically-acclaimed all-female mariachi group, will perform their signature blend of progressive and traditional mariachi music at a virtual concert hosted by Weber State University’s Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities on Friday, February 5, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. Tickets to the virtual event are free to the public and can be reserved at weber.edu/artscalendar. The event will also be streamed to the Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities Facebook page. Expected to last 45 minutes, the bilingual performance is the feature event of the Browning Presents! series for Spring of 2021. “In these difficult times, a mariachi performance will be like medicine to our souls to embrace beautiful music and a taste of Mexican culture,” says Luis Lopez, Director of WSU’s Community Engagement Center. “I am thrilled and looking forward to the performance of the highly renowned mariachi band Flor de Toloache.”
