New York City-based Stonemar Properties LLC sold the Shops at CenterPoint, formerly known as CenterPoint Mall, to a fund managed by New York-based DRA Advisors in partnership with Northbrook, Illinois-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty LLC for $63.5 million.
